Mustang Nation, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years break! As we start 2023, the Meade Boys Varsity Basketball team starts the year off on a strong positive note by getting the victory last night at Meade HS against Southern HS 64-37. The offense was fantastic combined with a stellar defense to give them their 7th win overall and remain undefeated against the county (5-0) and improve to 7-1 on the season.

Their next game will be at home against Crofton and the game will start at 6:45 pm. Even though we are in the second month of the 2022-2023 basketball season with a 7-1 record, we still have a long way to go. Teams in and outside of the county are gonna be competitive as the season goes on. So it’s crucial that the boys keep up the good work in playing their style of basketball and maintain that winning mentality moving forward because right now, they ´ re looking like a ¨championship caliber team. Let´s go Mustangs!
