The Meade Mustangs Boys Varsity Basketball team won in a feisty contest against the Glen Burnie Gophers 69-55! The atmosphere and the vibe inside the gym was without a doubt a blast. It was a sell out crowd filled with 800 fans in attendance, which is mind-blowing to hear! It was such a great experience being there at the gym with the Pep Band and the Cheerleaders making the experience much more enjoyable for the whole school community.

As we sit here today, the Boys Varsity Basketball team is currently 2-0 going into another competitive match up on the road against the South River Seahawks. Their next home game will not be played until Friday the 22nd next week against the Northeast Eagles. In other news, hats off to the Girls Varsity Basketball team who also beat Glen Burnie 48-40! Lets keep the energy flowing Mustang Nation, and cheer on these teams to victory! Lets go Mustangs!
