The Meade Boys Varsity Basketball team started the playoffs with a bang last night with a 63-54 victory of Crofton at home! The tensions continue to rise as they now prepare for the Regional Finals against archrival Old Mill next week on Tuesday at 6:00 pm at the stable. These boys look locked in and motivated to keep on playing and let no other team stand in their way. No matter the odds, they got plenty of competition ahead of them as long as they were in the tournament. Recently, the Mustangs suffered a tough loss against Old Mill on Senior Night at Meade HS by a final score of 61-55. It was an unfortunate loss, but it does not matter heading into the Regional Finals. All that matters is that the boys are ready for what’s to come, staying focused on completing the tasks at hand and leaving everything on the court for Meade Basketball. Let’s go Mustangs!
